Jon Mitchell and Mike Dinallo
Michael Dinallo - Founder/ Director of A&R
Michael Dinallo is a Co-Founder and the Director of A&R at GRE. He served as the bandleader for the Boston-based Radio Kings and made three records including "Live at B.B. King's". He further cemented his name as producer for William Hut’s gold and platinum album "Nightfall" and R&B/soul legend Eddie Floyd’s return to Stax Records with "Eddie Loves You So" and the highly-acclaimed tribute album, " Feel Like Going Home: The Songs of Charlie Rich", featuring Will Kimbrough, Jim Lauderdale and Shooter Jennings.
Michael's effortless guitar stands front and center in all. Singer-songwriter Rod Picott said, “As a masterful roots and blues player, Michael never gets in the way of the lyric, a smart move. The writing is heartfelt and brings to mind the simple yet emotional songs from an earlier time".
Michael is also the lead guitarist for The Dinallos and is the co-host of the Prine Time Podcast with Billy Prine, the brother of the late John Prine. Michael graduated from Berklee College of Music.
Jonathan E Mitchell - Founder/President
Jon is a Co-Founder and President/Artist Manager of GRE. He learned creativity and imagination at an early age, spending summers in Maine with no phone, computers or tablets. Just Jon, his dog and the infinite possibilities of a wildlife refuge. Born in Bangor, Maine he spent his young years and summers on the rock bound coast, playing in tidepools.
Jon grew up in music, and was a classically trained vocalist with an internationally known boys' choir, performing with Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops and with several members of the Metropolitan Opera, including Robert Merrill, Sherill Milnes and Anna Moffo. Jon also performed in Eric Whitacre’s Virtual Choir “Sing Gently” in 2020 (mastered at Abbey Road Studios) and appeared in the beginning of the music video.
After spending 30+ years in the banking and financial services industries, Jon followed his calling to the music business. "I yearned for more creativity, alchemy – as creative problem-solving is one of my strongest suits. Combining my passion for music with my business acumen was a perfect match for me."
Since his calling to the music industry, Jon has worked as a business consultant and as an executive producer for Libby Koch, Raelyn Nelson Band and Billy Prine. Most recently he managed the Raelyn Nelson Band and now manages The Dinallos and Billy Prine.
Jon is also the co-producer of the Prine Time Podcast. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance (Economics) from the University of Rhode Island and also attended Berklee College of Music.
